You can add, change, or select the email address used for these communications through the Alexa app.
Manage Alexa Email Settings
On the Alexa App
- Open the Alexa app.
- Tap More.
- Select Settings.
- Select Communication.
- Tap Email Alexa.
From this screen you can:
• View available email addresses
• Change the default email address
• Select which email receives Alexa communications
• Manage email delivery preferences
Choose a Default Email Address
If multiple email addresses are available:
- Open Email Alexa.
- Select Default Account for Emailing Yourself.
- Choose the preferred email address.
- Save your selection.
Available Email Addresses
Depending on your account configuration, Alexa may allow you to select:
• Your Amazon account email address
• A linked profile email address
• Additional supported email addresses associated with your profile
