Title: Ring - Add Dispatch Information for Emergency Responders

Platform: Ring

Purpose:
Add important location, resident, and pet information that can help emergency responders access the property and provide assistance during an emergency.

Instructions:

  1. Open the Ring app.
  2. Tap Menu (☰).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Monitoring.
  5. Tap Dispatch Information.
  6. Select the type of information you want to add:

    • Location Access – Add gate codes, door codes, lock box codes, or other entry information.

    • People – Indicate if anyone at the property may require mobility assistance.

    • Pets – Add information about pets on the property, including the number and type of animals.

  7. Enter the appropriate information.
  8. Save your changes.

Important:
• Keep access codes current and accurate.
• Update resident information when household needs change.
• Update pet information whenever pets are added or removed from the property.
• Accurate dispatch information can help emergency responders access the property more efficiently.
