Purpose

This workflow is used when a customer wants to install, configure, automate, monitor, or optimize an electric vehicle (EV) charging solution at their home.

The goal is to maximize charging efficiency, reduce charging costs, improve convenience, and integrate EV charging into the customer's smart home ecosystem before recommending additional equipment purchases.
