Purpose

This workflow is used when a customer wants to monitor an infant, toddler, nursery, sleeping child, caregiver activity, or nursery environment using smart home technology.

The goal is to improve awareness, safety, comfort, and peace of mind while leveraging the customer's existing smart home ecosystem before recommending additional equipment purchases.
