Purpose
This overview serves as the SmartHomeConcierge.ai master reference for the JuiceBox ecosystem. It provides a comprehensive summary of the JuiceBox hardware, current support status, mobile app changes, EV charging capabilities, energy management features, and common configuration categories used by SmartHomeConcierge.ai technicians.
Important Note: JuiceBox chargers sold in North America experienced a major platform transition after Enel X Way exited the North American EV charging business in October 2024. Existing residential chargers generally continue to function as Level 2 chargers, but many original cloud-based smart features were discontinued. Support and stewardship of the product line has since transitioned to VoltiE Group, with migration options depending on charger model and firmware.
