SmartHomeConcierge.ai Technician Notes

When assisting former Yummly customers, always verify:

  • Whether the customer is using a legacy Yummly Smart Thermometer
  • Whether the issue is related to the discontinued Yummly app or cloud services
  • Whether the customer is attempting to access a former Yummly account or saved recipes
  • Whether the customer is seeking a replacement platform or device

If the issue depends on Yummly's cloud services, explain that the platform was permanently discontinued in December 2024 and that cloud-connected features, recipe synchronization, and Smart Thermometer services are no longer available. When appropriate, recommend migration to currently supported smart cooking ecosystems or wireless cooking thermometers.
