Overview

Your Bird Buddy account is required to activate your smart birdhouse, connect it to the Bird Buddy mobile app, enable AI bird identification, receive notifications, save photos and videos, and access all available smart features.

As your SmartHomeConcierge.ai representative, we'll guide you through the entire account setup process and configure your Bird Buddy so it's ready to use.

Create Your Bird Buddy Account

Before creating your account, download and install the Bird Buddy mobile app.

You can download the app by:

• Scanning the QR code included with your Bird Buddy packaging.
• Downloading the Bird Buddy app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Once the app is installed:

1. Open the Bird Buddy app.
2. Select Create an Account.
3. Choose one of the following:
   • Start with a Bird Buddy
   • I Don't Have a Bird Buddy
4. Choose your preferred sign-in method:
   • Google
   • Apple ID
   • Facebook
   • Email & Password
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account.

Sign In to Your Account

If you already have a Bird Buddy account:

1. Open the Bird Buddy app.
2. Select Already have an account? Log In.
3. Sign in using the same method you originally used to create your account:
   • Email & Password
   • Google
   • Apple ID
   • Facebook

Using a different login method may prevent access to your existing Bird Buddy account.

Reset Your Password

If you created your account using an email address:

1. Select Log In with Email.
2. Tap Forgot Password.
3. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
4. Create a new password and sign in again.

Recover Your Account

If you don't remember the email address associated with your Bird Buddy account:

1. Locate your Bird Buddy serial number.
2. The serial number is located on the back of the Bird Buddy camera beneath the QR code.
3. Bird Buddy Support may require the serial number to verify account ownership and locate your account.

As part of your SmartHomeConcierge.ai membership, we will perform the entire Bird Buddy account setup and configuration process for you, including:

If Bird Buddy requires manufacturer verification or performs an action that only Bird Buddy Support can complete, SmartHomeConcierge.ai will coordinate with Bird Buddy Support and guide you through the process until your setup or account issue is fully resolved.
