Smart Wi-Fi – Connectivity Optimization Workflow

Purpose

This workflow is used when customers experience internet, Wi-Fi, connectivity, performance, coverage, device communication, or network reliability issues.

The goal is to maximize the customer's existing internet service, Wi-Fi equipment, network configuration, and smart home ecosystem before recommending additional equipment purchases.

Example:

"We reviewed your Wi-Fi environment, internet service, connected devices, and network configuration. We identified several opportunities to improve connectivity and reliability using your existing equipment before recommending additional hardware."
