Smart Wi-Fi – Improve Wi-Fi Coverage Configuration Request Workflow

Purpose

This workflow is used when a customer wants to improve Wi-Fi coverage, eliminate dead zones, increase device reliability, improve internet performance, or stabilize smart home connectivity.

The goal is to maximize the customer's existing internet service, router placement, network settings, and connected devices before recommending additional equipment purchases.
