Camera Optimization – Configuration Request Workflow

Purpose

This workflow is used when a customer wants to improve camera performance, reduce unwanted notifications, improve recording quality, increase detection accuracy, optimize camera placement, or maximize the effectiveness of their security cameras.

The goal is to optimize the customer's existing cameras and settings before recommending additional equipment purchases.
