Link Your Mobile Number
On the Alexa App
- Open the Alexa app.
- Tap More.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Communication.
- Select your mobile carrier.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link your mobile number.
Once setup is complete, compatible Alexa devices can make and receive calls using your linked mobile phone number.
Update Your Mobile Number
On the Alexa App
- Open the Alexa app.
- Tap More.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Your Profile & Family.
- Enter your new mobile number.
- Complete the verification process using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the new number.
- Tap Continue to save the changes.
