Reconnect to a New Wi-Fi Network

1. From the Google TV home screen, select Settings.
2. Select Wi-Fi Network.
3. Select your current network.
4. Choose Forget Network.
5. Follow the setup process to connect the device to your new Wi-Fi network.

Reconnect to a New Wi-Fi Network

1. Ensure your mobile device is signed into the same Google account as your Chromecast.
2. Open the Google Home app.
3. Tap Home.
4. Select and hold your Chromecast device.
5. Tap Settings.
6. Tap Device Information.
7. Tap Wi-Fi.
8. Select Forget This Network.
9. Return to the Google Home app home screen.
10. Complete device setup again and connect to the new Wi-Fi network.

Factory Reset if Needed

Reset and set up the device again if:

• You cannot remove the old Wi-Fi network.
• The device will not connect to the new network.
• The Google Home app cannot communicate with the device.
• Setup repeatedly fails.

• Verify the mobile device is connected to the new Wi-Fi network.
