If your myQ Smart Garage Camera displays a solid green LED but does not appear in the myQ app, the camera is connected to Wi-Fi and communicating with myQ services. The issue is usually related to account access or camera registration.

A solid green LED indicates:

• The camera is connected to Wi-Fi.

  4. Release the button when the LED turns off.
  5. Wait for the LED to become solid white.

The camera is now ready for setup.
