If you need to change or update the existing Wi-Fi network your SmartCamera with voice control is connected to, follow these steps.

First Step

On the Camera:

1. Press and hold the Mute and Voice Assistant buttons on top of the SmartCamera with voice control until you hear the voice menu.
2. Release the buttons.
3. Wait for the voice menu to say, "Forget Wi-Fi Network."
4. Press the Voice Assistant button (solid grey circle) to reset the device.
5. If successful, the camera will say, "Forgetting Wi-Fi Network."

Second Step

On the ecobee App:

1. Tap Camera.
2. Select your ecobee SmartCamera with voice control.
3. Tap General Settings.
4. Tap Wi-Fi Network.
5. Tap Change Wi-Fi Network.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.
