- Open the myQ app.
- Locate the offline device on the Home screen.
- Tap the device.
- Select Reconnect Device or Troubleshoot Device.
- Tap Update Wi-Fi Settings.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

- Tap the Gear icon.
- Select Devices.
- Select the offline device.

Complete the Wi-Fi Reconnection Process
